Carlos joined the Tapia Brothers family in 1998. He started out in the warehouse as an order picker at Tapia Brothers Maywood. Through hard work and determination, Carlos moved up within the company and eventually held roles in their customer service and sales department. His success as a sales representative in Maywood set the stage for him to move to Arizona when Tapia opened up a new distribution center in Phoenix. Carlos currently oversees the company’s operations in Phoenix as the General Manager. He is known for his incredible leadership skills and professional work ethic. He credits his experiences from working in Tapia’s various departments as setting the foundation for his achievements as General Manager. Carlos’ dedication to Tapia Brothers and its Phoenix warehouse has been an essential element to their growth and triumphs in the Arizona market.
