The son of Graciela Tapia, Edgar began working with Tapia Brothers during his high school summer vacations as a picker. Once he was eligible to operate a motor vehicle he began delivering products that were shorted. During the course of his studies at California State University Fresno he worked the grave yard so he was able to attend university during the day. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Craig School of Business he was brought down to Maywood, “the big leagues”, to assist in the ever growing Kitchen Cuts, LLC.
