Monica Tapia joined Tapia Brothers Company in 2011 as the payroll administrator and since then has worked her way up to taking on the role as Manager in the Human Resources Department. Monica is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, earning her degree in Sociology in 2014. Monica previously worked in the families restaurants as a manager where she gained valuable experience in customer service and the food service industry. Monica, daughter of Francisco Tapia, consistently exceeds in delivering expected outcomes and desired results, and continues to learn more through continued education programs for Human Resources.
